This study investigates the impact of Agile methodologies on software development success, focusing on the mediating roles of team collaboration and communication efficiency. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS, data from 300 software professionals across various industries were analyzed. The study examined Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP) and assessed their effects on software quality and project success. Results reveal that Agile methodologies significantly enhance software quality and project outcomes while improving communication efficiency and fostering better team collaboration. Additionally, both team collaboration and communication efficiency mediate the relationship between Agile practices and software development success. These findings offer valuable insights for software firms and project managers to optimize Agile implementation and improve project management strategies.
