Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors are strongly advised to prepare manuscripts strictly according to these guidelines. Non-compliance may result in delays or return of submission.


General Submission Requirements

Requirement Details
Originality Manuscripts must be original, not under consideration elsewhere. Exceptions should be noted in "Comments to the Editor".
File Format OpenOffice or Microsoft Word.
Language English.
Sections Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Analysis & Discussion, Conclusion.

Content and Length

  • Word Count: 5,000–10,000 words, including references, tables, appendices.

  • Title Page: Include title, author(s), affiliations, and contact info.

  • Abstract: Max 300 words, summarizing the study, including 3–5 keywords.

  • Constructs and Variables: Identify fully; avoid abbreviations.


Citations and References

  • Style: IEEE (latest edition) is preferred.

  • Reference Management: Tools like Mendeley or EndNote recommended.

  • Plagiarism: Overall similarity ≤15%; individual sources ≤4%.


Figures, Tables, and Illustrations

  • Place appropriately in text following IEEE style.

  • Provide clear legends; cite sources if from external references.


Peer Review

  • Ensure blind review compliance by removing identifying information.

  • Final formatting handled by IJCIC editorial team.

Article Format

TITLE OF THE STUDY

  • Short, self-explanatory, with 2–3 keywords in the title.

Author(s) & Affiliations

  • Include affiliations, positions, country, and email addresses.

Abstract (250–300 words)

  • Include Purpose, Methodology, Findings, Application, Novelty.

  • Keywords: 4–5.

Introduction

  • Background, research problem, motivation, objectives, and IEEE in-text citations.

Literature Review

  • Present 10–15 recent works (≤5 years), discuss research gap, and hypothesis if relevant.

Methodology

  • Describe materials, methods, software/hardware, assumptions, and procedures for reproducibility.

Findings / Results

  • Include tables, graphs, images with legends and citations.

Discussion / Analysis

  • Provide scientific interpretation, evidence-based analysis, and references.

Conclusion

  • Summarize study objectives achieved.

Limitation and Study Forward

  • Discuss gaps, limitations, and future research directions.

Conflict of Interest & Ethical Standards

  • State absence of conflicts and ethical compliance; provide consent for clinical/medical studies.

Acknowledgment

  • Acknowledge financial/non-financial support.

Author’s Contribution

  • Specify individual contributions.

References

  • IEEE edition; hyperlink all references.
